SnoreScribe puts your privacy first. The app is designed so that your audio never leaves your device.
SnoreScribe asks for microphone access solely to record sounds while you sleep, so it can detect and analyze snoring. Recording happens only when you start a session and stops when you end it.
All data — recordings, audio clips, and reports — lives in the app's local storage on your device. You can erase everything at any time in Settings → Delete All Recordings, or by deleting the app.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
If optional cloud or AI features are added later, we will ask for your consent separately, and they would only process anonymous numeric summaries — never the audio itself.
