Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of VoicePaper (the "app"), published by Windy Labs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VoicePaper on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content is yours

Everything you create in the app — recordings, transcripts, photos, and entries — belongs to you. The app processes this content on your device; we do not access, collect, or store it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (for example, via iCloud).

Subscriptions and purchases

• Pro features are available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• The annual plan may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; any change will be presented before it applies to you. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or attempt to circumvent the app's purchase or security features, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Not professional advice

VoicePaper is a personal journaling and lifestyle tool. Mood and emotion insights are generated automatically for self-reflection only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or any other professional advice or diagnosis.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windy Labs is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

本条款约束你对絮语日记（以下称「App」，由 Windy Labs 发布）的使用。下载或使用本 App 即表示你同意这些条款；若不同意，请不要使用本 App。

授权许可

我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的、非独占的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的设备上，按照 App Store 服务条款，将絮语日记用于个人、非商业用途。

你的内容归你所有

你在 App 内创建的一切——录音、转写文字、照片与日记条目——都归你所有。App 在你的设备上处理这些内容；我们不会访问、收集或存储它们。你需自行做好备份（例如通过 iCloud）。

订阅与购买

• Pro 功能提供按月或按年的自动续订订阅，或一次性永久买断。
• 年度方案可能包含免费试用；若你未在试用结束前取消，将自动转为付费订阅。
• 费用通过你的 Apple 账户收取。订阅会自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭。你可随时在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消。
• 价格可能因地区而异，也可能调整；任何变更都会在对你生效前向你展示。购买由 Apple 处理，并适用 Apple 的退款政策。

使用规范

请勿对本 App 进行逆向工程、反编译、转售，或试图绕过其购买或安全机制，法律禁止此类限制的情形除外。

非专业建议

絮语日记是一款个人日记与生活方式工具。情绪与心情洞察由系统自动生成，仅供自我反思参考，不构成医疗、心理或任何其他专业建议或诊断。

免责与责任限制

本 App 按「现状」与「现有」提供，不附带任何形式的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，Windy Labs 不对任何间接或附带损害、或任何数据丢失承担责任。你需自行维护备份。

终止

你可以随时删除 App 以停止使用。在法律允许的范围内，我们可在通知或不通知的情况下暂停或终止本 App 或任一功能。

条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。最新版本将始终发布在本页面，并附更新后的生效日期。
